So I've left it to the last minute (as I always do) and I now have one evening to complete a giant fancy dress Wizbit costume for Mat's Stag Do.
Materials bought.
2.3m x 2.0m x 25mm upholstery foam.
Yellow material
Bronze fabric paint
Red/white striped tights for legs and arms.
